“We aim to buy transitional and sell refined” says founder Cole Northcutt. 
After years of principle investing across industries, Cole found a seemingly disproportionate attribution of value based on scale alone. “Rather than be yet another bid in a middle market process, we’d rather go down market and take the first pick” says Cole.

Forth is based on that simple plan: to identify like-minded, growth focused entrepreneurs in fragmented, stable industries and partner with them.  Forth believes that each investment opportunity can be distilled down to the people, pursuing long term partnerships with shared equity amongst all stakeholders.

Prior to founding Forth, Cole had a successful career in both investment banking and principle investing.  In banking, Cole worked across healthcare, energy, and industrial clients. In Principle investing, he worked primarily in the commercial real estate and medical services sectors.
